Sold as whole, half, or by the quarter at $3.00 per pound hanging weight, and requires a $300.00 deposit before butchering.
Bob prefers to butcher in June or July while the cows are fat on grass or in the early fall. His animals are butchered on the farm, not transported to facilities 30 miles away. There are 4 butchers to choose from in the local area.
